Pros
Pre covid the benefits out weighed the cons such as time off for travelling and the good people you met. If you are in the right area you will get some decent training and they do look after you if you are a yes person or your face fits. Due to the current environment there are not many pros to the place
Cons
Experience means nothing in the place, full of corruption, and if you are a yes person you will climb the ladder very quickly, not to mention the pay divides, based on your passport and not ur experience or skills. Chronically understaffed, no support from management for staff, all senior staff have left junior staff brought in with little to no experience and no one to train them properly the junior staff are given very little time now to learn the system and if they are struggle are basically told put up with it or get out, very unsafe at times and very poor staffing ratioa, and with very inexperienced management running the place, anyone who has experience gets treated appealing and soon leaves.
