Pros
At least you get paid
Cons
Insanely toxic workplace. You would think people working with charities would be more compassionate or empathetic. - Feedback is often hypocritical and of impossible standards. Managers are condescending and rude. They will find fault even if you significantly exceed your targets. -Anything less than perfect attendance is publically shamed during start of shift meetings. No exceptions. -Training is a farce and only lasts 2 days of the 2 week training period. There is a 0 tolerance policy for attendance in training even for extenuating circumstances. You will be made to reapply if you need to leave an hour early on the last day of training despite the fact you're no longer learning and already making calls at this point. This applies even if a family member has been rushed to hospital or you're violently ill. You will be let go. -0 respect for the people being called.
