Pros

Code is very well maintained. 2 of us on our 1st day downloaded an entire branch and built it with few warnings and 0 errors. Benefits are better than many large corps - medical, dental, eye - low deductibles / copays Training is good and rapidly improving. Inter- and Intra-team communication is awesome. Impressive Agile / Scrum process with few meetings lasting more than 20 minutes. 401k + matching. LOTS OF TIME OFF: 8 holidays, 5 days off from Christmas to New Years, 10 days PTO (1st year) Public transportation will only grow as gas prices start to rise again.

Cons

Documentation store is not well defined and information is distributed across multiple documents with some information missing. No shorts or tee-shirts or tennis shoes.
