Central Long Island location, some smart colleagues

Cons

Antiquated approach to culture, big brother watches stifling creativity, zero human support or training, never meet promised milestones because the executive and senior management over promises under delivers and leaves line employees holding the bag. People leave all the time, and it takes forever to replace them in the meantime triple the work for the rest of us with no reward in sight

We are definitely a customer centric business, and as such, we are beholden to our deliverables and making sure we meet our customers needs 100% of the time. In terms of training, we do offer over 50 training courses per year that are open to all employees ranging from skills based training to management and leadership training. We encourage you to reach out to our Managing Director of Learning and Development to take advantage of these courses. While we are certainly growing and hiring new employees at a rapid pace, our turnover is well below market average and we are proud of the stability of our workforce and dedication of our employees.
