Pros

I started as an associate and after 1 year was promoted to Software Engineer. I spent 3 years here and recently left to pursue another opportunity. I highly recommend this company. It's a great place to learn and grow, excellent managers and team leads. Lots of challenging work. There is lots of work to do and transit is a very interesting problem to solve. I joined at the entry level, and the amount that I learned in 3 years is mind blowing.

Cons

None. If you enter as an associate software engineer, you will spend the first year rotating between teams. In the moment, this may seem frustrating because you'll feel that right as your getting up to speed on a product you're being shifted onto something else, but you will gain the skills to rapidly ramp up on new technologies which is highly valuable.
