Pros

Bosses are nice and they take time to train you what you need for the role. They are open to your questions and will answer them transparently. Team is vibrant and are also very friendly. Very healthy work culture.

Cons

A lot of snacks available, quite hard when you're watching your diet.

Thank you for your feedback. We noticed the post is listed under a current employee of over 2 years, though our records don’t match anyone in that role—so we’re unsure how accurate this might be. We understand that clear expectations and performance check-ins can sometimes be perceived as “micro-management,” especially when targets are missed. But in a high-accountability culture, we focus on supporting those who put in the effort and take ownership. As for the mention of a “passive-aggressive environment” and “pitting colleagues against each other”—we believe in recognizing high performers and encouraging collaboration, not competition. When clear expectations and standards are in place, it’s natural for differences in output to be visible—but that’s not the same as creating division. And since we are guessing you're a Taylor Swift fan—we’ll just say: some choose to shake it off, others prefer anonymous reviews. In any case, we wish you well on your next chapter, whatever era you're in. And as Taylor would say—“You're on your own, kid.”

Pros

- Dynamic team who is fast on giving feedback and tips to improve writing. - Flexible working conditions: boss almost always understands if you need to work from home on days where you need to be in the office.

Cons

- No medical benefits: reimbursement or insurance. So if you tend to get sick a lot (like me) it may be a bit challenging. - You might need to work on weekends to finish up the week's load.

Thank you for sharing your thoughtful feedback. We're delighted to hear that you appreciate the dynamic team environment and the flexibility we offer with working conditions. It’s important to us that our employees feel supported in both their personal and professional lives. We recognize your concerns regarding medical benefits and workload. As we are a growing company in KL, we are planning to implement medical benefits next year, which should help address this concern. Additionally, we are evaluating the suggestion of hiring an editor to support the writing team and reduce the workload, and this is something we aim to implement in the near future as we continue to expand. We value your input and are committed to creating a better work environment for everyone. Thank you again for your valuable suggestions.
