      Good salary is the only benefit.

      Cons

      No work-life balance No culture No technical quality Employees are treated like labourers, if you don't work 15 hours a day, you are not working No senior technical person to guide you, every senior resource has left the company because of their culture They claim to be a product based company but you will be working on client requirements and it's a completely service-based company. 5 star reviews are bought or done by HR. You can be fired any day with some silly reasons. Don't get intrigued by high salary as that would bring along no work-life balance and no work culture with it.

      Pros

      Majority of people at Click Labs are relishing the opportunities they are getting and know that Click Labs is an ideal launch pad for them to launch their careers. The learning opportunities are many and we are given new challenges each day. Things I have learned in the last 18 months couldn't have been replicated working for years at any other place. New direction of entering the B2C space is also refreshing and giving lot of motivation to be a part of what others are using. Salary is also good and have got more than 30% raise in 18 months. Best thing is the young co-workers.

      Cons

      Work is challenging, one should be eager to learn.
