      If you dont keep up with updating your pictures, maintaining a great relationship, staying focused,,,, you will get lost with the other guppies

      Pros

      It's a very relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      They like to discuss ways of improving the company but they do not implement any suggestions from employees. They also treat new employees as disposable workers, not encouraging them to grow and prioritizing only the ones that have been there for 20+ years.
