      Pros

      The team is exceptionally friendly and avoids micromanagement, which makes working remotely a seamless experience due to their responsiveness. I genuinely appreciate the excellent work-life balance provided in this environment.

      Cons

      Managing internal projects can occasionally result in delays, as the team's primary focus understandably lies in completing client assignments. While this prioritization is reasonable, there are moments when the need for urgent internal resources can be quite frustrating.

      Pros

      Best place to work when it comes to flexibilty, ground rules, fair and focus on what matters. Happy doing what you wake up everyday for. Satisfaction at end of day what you managed to achieve. Repeat.

      Cons

      Too much work from home. Though allows for much needed focus time, can get very lonely at times. And not enough f2f bonding with other colleagues.

      Boss is nice and friendly.

      Cons

      Chaotic workplace. Proper workflow or good structure does not exist. Many last minute jobs they expect you to deliver asap. Asks for feedback but does not implement anything.
