- No transparency at all within the company - No bonuses, payrises or incentives at all for contractor roles - No room for growth and nothing to work towards - Shady tactics which led to immediate ceasing of work on one project and immediate starting on another, all the time - Told not to tell anyone we worked at Clickout, limiting future job prospects - Some members of HR are demeaning and dismissive - We were strictly forbidden from using AI tools and threatened with job losses over it, just for the company to change on a dime and suddenly embrace it at the beginning of February 2026. Two weeks later, hundreds of us were laid off at the end of a work day due to "constrained budgets", without a consultation period or any prior notice
