Pros

Probably one of the best group of people I've worked with to date. The work life balance is excellent while cultivating individual career growth. It's no wonder a significant part of the team have long tenures (5+, 10+ years). I really loved my time there and wished that life circumstances didn't push me to seek other opportunities.

Cons

It's a scrappy startup, and you'll feel it with the resources at your/the company's disposal. That being said, I have always been impressed by what everyone has been able to accomplish - going toe to toe with larger players in the industry - and winning.

Pros

Leadership that cares, clear vision about the direction of the company, flexibility with high standards. A remote-first company that manages to stay really collaborative and cross-functional. So grateful I had the chance to start my career in tech here - learned so much from all the leaders, and coworkers. I had the chance to develop skills, propose and complete projects somewhat outside of the scope of my role, and was encouraged to experiment and innovate with AI.

Cons

If you care about rapid title advancement, may not be the place for you. BUT, if learning + impact is your priority, it's an awesome company to be a part of.

Pros

-Compensation was fair for the role -Good Work/life balance

Cons

-The product is outdated—feels a decade behind competitors and lacks innovation -Leadership is extremely old school and resistant to change -Management will say one thing and do another, often disregarding frontline insights -Long-tenured employees often coast while newer hires work hard to gain recognition -Decision-making tends to favor whoever speaks the loudest, not the best ideas
