Pros

Lots of snacks. Cool office. Cool co-workers. Learned almost everything I needed to know about the industry and how it works in a very small period of time. Great knowledge.

Cons

Sales managers when asked for advice just said “keep prospecting” Senior leadership is delusional. Kept preaching success and crazy commission numbers for sales people. In reality... the dang product didn’t even work. Constantly had bugs. Opportunity might be there but unfortunately gotta fix all the bugs first.

Pros

Snacks... youthful co-workers, but sometimes extremely playful... go home at 5 and weekends off.

Cons

-I didn't have experience in ad tech or data and I was hired here. I don't feel like I was trained to do my job well. -For training I was given 300 terms and a 100 question test. -I think the sales team suffers from poor brand recognition. -It was very frustrating having to send 200 emails a day to get paid. Seeing that we had no success with email outreach. -Our only form of sales outreach was email. I wish we could have used phones to do a better job. -I think Clickagy could invest in their people a bit more instead of spending money growing into an unneccesary space. -It would have been nice to have a sales manager or leader. Someone with some relevant experience to guide the team. We suffered from not understanding our product. -I have yet to witness a successful sale in my time here. -In my opinion, the salary projections were unrealistic. I was told that I could be making $70k/yr in 6 months. For a multitude of reasons, I was still making $7.50/hr.
