Pros

Very friendly work environment. Everyone works as a team for the most part. Lots of perks from health and accidental insurance, to bonuses, to discounts on cell phone plans and restaurant discounts, paid time off, community events. Management is awesome. I always felt that I would be taken care of working for CFS. Yearly raises were great and better than most companies in the same field. Love CFS, its employees, owners, and management.

Cons

Sometimes stressful when you have lots of calls coming in. Would be better if scheduled a could be more flexible like work 9-6 or 10-7.

Thank you for your response! We are happy to hear you enjoyed the perks, discounts and raises! We value our staff and work hard to show that through the benefits, perks, and company events. We are currently working to incorporate flexible schedules as well. We will have more information soon on this exciting development. ***2/1/18 There are now some positions that work 7am-4pm and 10am-7pm.

Pros

Rate of pay is great, people you work with are amazing. The owners are nice and the benefits are wonderful. You have your own cubical and can decorate. All in all I LOVE my job but there are definitely things I would change.

Cons

The supervisors/senior reps don't seem to really care about anything other than what they have going on. Supervisor call? They can call back. 13 calls holding, yeah they wont log in. Its so frustrating being the only one that does anything. The fact that you can't have your phone with you is bologna and the dress code needs some work.

Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear you enjoy the rate of pay and your co-workers! Oftentimes Supervisors and Senior Representatives are handling Client projects that have a deadline and must be completed first. We will make sure you have appropriate assistance on your team to handle incoming calls. **Update 11/1/17 Cell Phone Policy has been amended to allow cell phones in the employee lunchroom where patient information is not at risk. The dress code is pretty standard for offices, business casual. There are three days a week (Mon/Wed/Friday) that casual dress (jeans) are allowed so we hope you enjoy those days!
