Management has no constant compass. They move employees from desk to desk, floor to floor, never really sure what they are doing with everybody. There are people there who have had more than 7 or 8 different desks within a year! It is a revolving door; and, they hire people with no real clue what they are going to do with them. The owner is very old-school in his approach to business, is not tech-friendly at all, and changes his mind daily. Oftentimes, people are left with little or no work to do, because Management doesn't know what people's job functions will be. It's complete chaos. DO NOT WORK THERE!!!
