Pros
I worked at the First National Bank in Omaha for three years as a Windows C++ consultant. The greatest things about this job was my how wonderful and considerate CRi management was, and the opportunity to add new skills: (1) Oracle SQL, (2) Unix development and (3) Java development.
Cons
There are no downsides. This company management does all kinds of things to make its employees feel that they are respected.
