- Highly Structured - would be hard to fail in this job - Mature Function - Nice People All around - I was London office
Cons
- Very Dull - I would argue this is not recruitment but more scrolling through CVs each hour of the day. Noticed a few reviews have this too which is interesting - One director extremely charismatic, very approachable. The other not at all. - Totally missold the role - Very clique - if you are new it's pretty intimidating
