Pros

- Can make good money here and fast - Clear instructions for progression

Cons

- Highly Highly Repetitive Work - This is my biggest warning to someone that joins. If you are an experienced 360 Recruiter, you will quickly become a CV scrawler and remove any strategic work you used to - Suits people that love very clear structure and a repetitive work daily - not a good thing in my eyes - If you are quite good on LinkedIn and know how to search - take a look at employee retention. Its a revolving door that moves fast and you either have leaders there over 6+ years or Consultants that don't get past a year - It is clear as day that the positive reviews added are from the in-house team. Thanks for sharing your feedback, and we are sorry to hear that your overall experience hasn’t been positive. There are definitely elements of the role that are repetitive, and we encourage a structured approach, both of which we believe support success. It’s no secret that recruitment has been tough over the last 2 years, and the role doesn’t end up being the right fit for everyone. We try to ensure that everyone has the training and tools to succeed. All reviews are done by people independently. While this feedback is anonymous, if you'd like to discuss further, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Nick, Nick, or Owen. We're happy to have a conversation and learn from your experience.
