Good colleagues and less work

I have been working from past few months and i find it very toxic company as it is always hiring and firing employee and the hr is the worst here please dont join

1. Will get good enviorment to learn and understand. 2. Open to new ideas and allows its employees to implement it. 3. Allows invidual ownership for a product that you deal in. 4. Multiple projects where you can collaborate

1. Process has to be streamlied. 2, Documentation must be generated for the legacy projects.
