      - Decent pay for the education requirements - Paid vacation during summer and Christmas holidays - Health insurance has low monthly premium and low deductibles - Middle management tries to shield their departments from corporate bureaucracy

      - Working conditions suck (e.g. it's hot and dangerous) - Manual labor - There's very little room to advance in the company - People smoke in the break rooms
