Pros
Everything is so dynamic that you will never have a dull day of knowing what you are going to do that day. Your prospects and benefits will be great (during the interview stage). You get half/full-day long one to one sessions with founder that gives you a lot of great UNHW top 0.1% trader knowledge and insights. When you ask for any clarifications, the founder will lament on how she is running a kindergarten, ghost you, roll her eyes at you, and/or shush you. If you are lucky, it will be all four things at the same time. If you are worried about not working hard enough, fret not because you can tell your friends and family that the founder needs you on call 24/7. Let's face it, nobody likes to spend time with their friends and family if they can be the top 0.1%.
