Pay was solid and the work itself was legit and challenging.

The vibe seriously off. Super micromanaged. Asking questions made things worse and turn into big drama. The boss was overly confident but didn't really respect input. Structure of the company felt all over the place. Not it for me.

-Founder is a serious micromanager, controlling the way you speak to where you move your cursor -Management not really open to feedback environment created is one of fear and control. Not mentorship or guidance -Office has no privacy and you cant make a single noise while you hear people constantly getting scolded or join meetings you are not relevant in -No proper structure and systems in place expected of a normal company
