Pros
I was employed and I was willing to work hard. I was eager to drive. Climate has dedicated loads so I thought for sure I would get good miles. BUT not so.
Cons
Work Culture, management, low miles. It's hard to work with dispatchers that are not on top of distributing the loads. Sitting around waiting for loads is no way to run a trucking business.
