Pros

- Beautiful team with focus on human connections, strong value alignment and a shared drive for impact - Through systemic thinking on strategic company levels when it comes to the impact of our work - Strong desire to apply a regenerative mindset to our products, external interactions, and internal culture - Strong development possibilities in your role and responsibilities - High degree of autonomy and flexibility within defined responsibilities - Strong benefits that encourage learning, health and regeneration - Exquisite team retreats - Remote working context

Cons

- Sometimes complex and hard to grasp impact (especially for people that need rather visible impact) - Remote working context can create distance to the team and in some cases slow down efficiency - Fast-paced environment and often changing processes can be stressful for people with low resilience - A relatively young team with little seniority can sometimes bring a lack of experience

Pros

There are many pros to my job at Climate Farmers, here are just the absolute top points: - True impact when working on a systemic level - Inspiring and extremely smart colleagues all working towards the same goal - Continuous exploration of innovative work concepts such as regenerative culture, cyclical work and the pursuit of democratic processes - Strong learning culture, no focus on success or failure but always on learning - Flexible work setup - Amazing team retreats that send the whole team on a journey of transformation - Great personal and professional development opportunities

Cons

If any at all, I would consider the constant struggle of working in a highly complex sphere as a remote team. Real human interaction just makes the job easier.
