Pros

Terry Keenen. The pay. The early years, pre-BOSCH

Cons

That same pay that keeps you coming back every day because you have to be there. Pro tip, pay off all you debt. That way a company cannot hold you hostage. Which is how I broke away from the soul crushing effects of Climatec. No further career opportunities for those not in the special tribe. Qualified or not. Work life balance is perfect. After the job is complete up until two minutes before a new job is assigned. Zero work life balance, so perfect for a single person. Senior Managemnt knows the house is on fire. I would assume they are currently digging in cause winter is coming and it will soon be every man for themselves.

Pros

People, pay, culture, leadership, and support.

Cons

Wish they would have been this way when I first started with them in 2016. Better late than never.

Pros

Some nice employees, hybrid schedule.

Cons

Management in this department is horrible. There was/is rampant nepotism because the manager is friends with her fellow toxic, miserable, high school mean girl friends, who got away with murder, doing less work, treating other employees like garbage, all while good employees were overworked, constantly critiqued, and and eventually walked out, without notice. This happened multiple times in the time period I worked there. HR is/was a joke and friends with the toxic ones. Poor management and behavior is rewarded with promotions. It starts at the top. This place is garbage and the most hostile place I've ever worked. This manager even had the nerve to ask if I was looking for a job because she saw me on the phone on a break. She then paraded my potential replacement in front of me. It was unbelievable, truly. Don't do it, if you're a nice, smart person. You'll regret it.
