Pros

The CEO and his Executive team listen to what is needed to make things better and actually make change happen. It’s a great environment to work with a lot of room to grow. The CEO is always open to hearing feedback and how his company can be better for his employees and customers. He does so much, like lunches for the team and asking for feedback all of the time. He genuinely cares along with the executive team. He makes sure that the work culture is always getting better, and I see him always focusing on this. He really wants all of his employees to be happy coming to work. It’s really an amazing place to work and be a part of something bigger than yourself. I feel respected, heard, and appreciated, which I haven’t felt to this extent anywhere else I’ve worked. The benefits are really generous as well.

Cons

It would be nice to have more team events sponsored by the company, even though we have a few a year.
