Very supportive environment, gossip free, great coworkers, compassionate and assent based care embedded (not just stated), transitional and generalized goals built into the program, great leadership who opens the door to honest conversations, all BT’s and RBT’s are valued and have the same skill set expectation, however; each persons value is met as far as growth.

Own agency BIC; mgmt and supervision have clicks, some of the clinicians are in, some aren’t (inconsistent use of policies, resources available, employee expectations), micromanaging on utilization but no assistance or back up when implementing ethical practice; ongoing mixed messages from mgmt
