They buy up software companies then disinvest and let products die slowly. - Toxic leadership : Managers don't seem to understand the business very well, yet bully and publicly shame employees. Leadership pretends to care and ask for feedback, but staff aren't really listened to or supported and things only get worse. Don't seem care about anything but the numbers until customers complain, then they micro manage. - Challenging work environment : Staff accross the board are overworked. Processes and documentation are burdensome, repititive, change often, yet are strictly enforced. Internal systems and tools are antiquated. - Morale is low. Good leaders and staff eventually quit or are let go,
