Nothing. Believe me absolutely nothing

Everything. The only thing that happens in this company is meetings, meetings nothing else. The meeting would start at 9am and end at 7pm, but at the end they will decide to take a call the next day and this keeps on going like a circle. The management never trusts the employees. Staffs are treated as waste. Individual who don’t know the difference between asset and liability as made as accounts head, whose only job is to wait for 5pm so he can leave home. His countdown for 5pm starts at 10 am. Has never seen such a bad company ever. Even as I type this I am sure the management would be in a meeting 😊😊 😊 😊 . The CEO thinks he is the most intelligent person in the world. No one in this company knows how ecommerce works.

Got to learn a lot from my direct boss about the healthcare industry. Startup culture so lot to learn. Even direct boss was treated very unfairly by CEO.

Absolutely no regards for employees. Review meetings were opportunity for CEO to shout & scream. Never wanted to try & solve problems. Never learned from others mistakes, only after he made them himself. Would not listen to his own management or workers for ideas- but would use same idea if someone outside the company suggested it. No budgets for sales & marketing. No intent to modify business to fit market requirements.
