There are some truly wonderful people here. They made going to work every day enjoyable. I learned a lot of different tech skills working here because I had to wear a lot of different hats and be a jack of all trades. Due to CCRESA being a small organization, upward mobility is an issue at times.

It was an opportunity to invest in troubled students through cognitive restructuring techniques that might change their future outcome.

It appeared that the teaching staff and the school management did not support an environment that allowed students to change. A co-dependant, dysfunctional environment existed that required little investment in the lives of students.
