Pros

Work mostly alone from your car. If you work in an area that is strong for the Clipper then it's not a bad job

Cons

Print is almost completely dead in many parts of the country. If you're in one of those areas you cannot make a living selling print advertising.

Clipper magazine/ AmatoMartin is the best place to work. This is such a healthy work environment.

Management changes a lot. They are letting ppl go.

Pros

Great teammates ! I also was fortunate to have a great sales manager which isn’t the norm.

Cons

Everything you can imagine. Employees (especially new sales people) are treated like second class citizens . Unreasonably high expectations are the norm. They overhire and expect a very small percentage to succeed. The rest are piped out or quit because of the working conditions. Micromanaged within an inch of your life . Constant negativity. Meetings upon meetings sometimes 10 a week. Relying heavily on inside sales and Ai
