Pros

What I like about working at Clock is the team and the managers' attitude. Anyone is invited to share their ideas, opinion or concern. No wrong suggestions. One can share their thoughts and they will be discussed, new ones will be born and the whole team is working together for the better. Training is provided and no one would refuse to help.

Cons

If there is something to be improved, that should be structure of discussions.

Pros

* The opportunity for career development. If the company sees potential in a particular employee, it begins to stimulate his development. Whether it is internal training or external, paid courses. * Interesting and challenging projects, work on organizing international events and forums, sometimes related to travel (I love to travel) * Clearly formulated tasks, deadlines and evaluation of the work done * Meetings with the senior management every quarter, where it becomes clear whether we are still looking in the same direction. Feedback on the work done (unfinished), as well as on what follows in the short term * Salary, social package and 25 days paid leave * An international team of professionals who encourage you to always go up * Very good working conditions

Cons

At some moments during the year, we are short-staffed

Pros

Excellent core PMS system gives alot of the traditional and legacy systems a run for their money. Very friendly atmosphere, colleagues go out of their way to help and no sign of an inflated ego anywhere. The company has a 'can-do' attitude and this is reflected with frequent system updates. Senior Management are always available, they are helpful and more importantly have a wealth of experience in the industry.

Cons

Despite having a large number of customers in the region as a sole worker it lacked a 'team' on the ground in the region to manage current clients and growth plans for more. Some prospects were concerned about lack of local staff.
