The people you meet while traveling are just amazing, you get to meet so many new people. All of the colleges are very friendly and helpful including the managers, if you need any sort of help they'll be there for you. You also get to travel a lot in this job which is probably the best thing about it.

The work sometimes can be pretty difficult and very tiring.

Although a nationwide company, it is no so big that you as an employee become invisible. The group board are very proactive in employee welfare. There is a company pension, which you may contribute to also. I would recommend that if offered an interview, to take that opportunity.

My role was created and as such there were no real parameters. Also it was isolated from the rest of the company.
