Pros
- Great product that customers love
- Wonderful culture - thoughtful, low ego, autonomous and flexible
- Great and talented people - people are smart, eager to help, a mix of tenured people with lots of historical context and newer people brining fresh perspectives and ideas.
Cons
Not really a con, but sometimes being fully remote can make building connections with people outside of your immediate bubble a bit hard. But because Close has been remote for so long (well before Covid) it has done a really good job of making remote work easier - and most people here really love it.
