Pros

Working at Closeloop has been an incredibly rewarding experience, and I am delighted to share my positive journey as an employee. One of the standout aspects is the supportive and collaborative culture. Teamwork is truly valued here, with colleagues always ready to lend a helping hand and share knowledge. The open-door policy ensures that communication flows freely, allowing for meaningful discussions and idea exchanges, ultimately leading to innovative solutions. The positive work environment, commitment to personal growth, work-life balance, and dedication to diversity and social responsibility make it a truly exceptional workplace.

Cons

Based on my experience, I have not encountered any drawbacks.

Pros

Management is fully engaged with employees and there is genuine concern for everyone's professional growth. All projects and products being worked on are top-grade - lots of learning potential. They are open to moving me around within the company - I am not on a dead-end path.

Cons

Benefits are good but nothing exceptional. Free lunch is provided but no other meals except some Friday snacks.

Pros

- I love the opportunity to work on various domains, talk directly with C-level execs, learn and grow environment, have a flat hierarchy. - Company appreciates people who lean in and show interest. - Learnt to take ownership of the project, push back the client when required, and be involved in big-picture discussions. - Helped me transform how I think about any situation - Inculcated the confidence - No micro-management - Work-life balance - Great financial growth once you add value to the company

Cons

It follows the true start-up culture where each client's priorities and methodologies differ.
