The lower level people can be truly great - it's easy to get along with and make friends here.
Cons
So much turnover! During my six month stint over 20% of the company was fired or laid off, which doesn't include those who left voluntarily. No value for customer facing positions - minimal pay and first to go with layoffs Marketing and IT treated far better with high pay and perks like dinners and happy hours - huge dichotomy A lot of disorganization due to lack of communication - policies constantly changing, but not relayed to employees actually speaking and working with the customers Inappropriate behavior and comments made on the floor multiple times and treated as an inconvenience by upper level management
