This was the worst job I’ve ever had. The managers didn’t care about their employees and often resorted to harassment. The working conditions were terrible—dirty, poorly maintained machinery, constant leaks, and equipment falling apart. There was a complete lack of knowledge and organization. Employees were moved around as a form of punishment, and favoritism was rampant. The environment felt unsafe, with angry employees breaking property and creating a hostile atmosphere. Gaslighting was common, making it an overall toxic workplace.
