Studio operations team go above and beyond to ensure even some of the most basic events are enjoyable. There is plenty of opportunities to advance and the business are very keen to promote from within The management is very transparent with with they expect and what the direction of the company is going Flexi time is great, very helpful to make your hours work for you and be treated like an adult in time management
Cons
There can be a lot of red tape, when trying to get things approved it does need to go through several layers of approval. There is a lot of moving parts and very little hand holding. This can be good once you are established and know what you are doing but for new starters this can be a lot to take in
