- Great office in a nice location - Great city to live in. Relatively affordable property market compared to south of England - Interesting projects if you can look past the jank and technical pain points - Nice people to work with from all over the world - Flexible work hours
Cons
- Toxic work culture including periods of enforced overtime/crunch - Terrible production practices. Any planning for sprints or milestones are meaningless and get thrown out the window constantly with ever changing priorities - Long term salary freezes based on sales performance - Ego driven executive management with unrealistic and impractical expectations
