Pros

Good salary base and the teams are always good

Cons

New CEO has this crazy idea of returning to work to the office and is not taking in consideration personal situations. He is telling the employees that 5 days is mandatory otherwise you could be sacked. This is a way of getting rid of people but not paying for redundancy. Before the merger the CEO was a great individual and have people in his heart. With that in mind the company was having benefits. Now with the new CEO after the merger is all about of saving a penny and no empowering people. Bonuses for certain employees from last fiscal year had been divided in 2 parts. The new CEO is saying that the second part of your bonus is a retention bonus and you will be entitle after this FY is over if you remain in the company. So a bonus you were entitle to get in full for your job last fiscal year before the merger, now has become a weapon to keep people even if it has been dictated to return to office 5 days a week and people can not manage this. Doggy things are happening under the new CEO rules. some of them I wonder if they are even legal, but hey, who is going to raise their voice here? I am wondering if Vista equity is aware of all those issues.

Pros

Competitive compensation for the Florida market. Generally good work-life balance. Strong performers have opportunities to be recognized and rewarded.

Cons

PE-backed company with a strong focus on EBITDA and cost optimization. Lots of Layoffs from time to time Leadership prioritizes financial metrics, which has led to increased outsourcing to South Asia across multiple functions. There has also been noticeable attrition, with many experienced employees and key talent leaving, which can impact continuity, product quality, and customer experience. Company culture was decimated after laying off 60% of the company
