Pros
Very knowledgable senior people in the company aware of all current tech, standards and advancements. DevSecOps is in their blood. Remote friendly work culture. Access to all kind of tools. Innovation minded. This is the only company I have seen where respect to individuals is given utmost importance. In that aspect, I see CloudBees as a gem of an organization.
Cons
Reliant hugely on Jenkins. The market is competitive and they do lot of strategy shifting. Very few people get opportunities for growth. Leadership is not capable of nurturing talent which is in part due to the frequent changes in strategy. Recent layoffs.
