A lot to learn and correct as a company - Devops CloudCover Employee Review

1. Employee has very little control as to in what specialized skill s/he would like to continue as all the decision are mostly profit-driven and less employee friendly 2. No processes 3. Less overall technical growth 4. Bias towards one group of people, who knows how to manipulate new employees while enjoying all the benefits themselves - Politics basically. 5. Projects come with very strict deadlines due to the promises made by higher management, resulting unnecessary work pressure and ultimately flawed delivery (because of points 1 & 2 above)
