Working with colleagues who are some of the best in the business at what they do, we are shaping the B2B commerce landscape! Fun, focused culture with opportunities to get involved in giving back to the community and stay active in sports teams we are a part of throughout the year. Open door (literally!) policy with all management and executive leadership. They are willing to hear your ideas for ways to improve the company and product and ACT upon them, not just stifle your comments.
Cons
As stated in a comment prior, we are in high growth mode and sometimes heading in one direction, then need to shift gears when we realize the other direction is a better route. It's fast paced and we are a high energy bunch; it's not for everyone but if you want to get in at the ground level with a premier Salesforce partner, this is the best place to be!
