Pros
Good exposure to industry-level DevOps tools and technologies
Cons
Honestly, many of the positive reviews you see here feel fake. Employees are encouraged to post reviews, which creates a misleading picture of the company. In reality, the experience is very different.
The salary is extremely low compared to the workload and industry standards. You are expected to work long hours, often 12–14 hours a day, but the compensation feels closer to labor wages than a professional engineering salary.
The work culture is one of the worst parts. Every task is treated as a top priority, regardless of how many other tasks are already in your backlog. There is constant pressure to deliver immediately, which creates unnecessary stress and chaos.
Leadership behavior can also be toxic. The CEO (Anmol Nagpal) often speaks harshly, scolds employees, and uses disrespectful language when things don’t move as quickly as expected. The expectation is basically to keep working until the job is done, no matter how long it takes.
Work-life balance is practically nonexistent. If you join, be prepared for a schedule where your day starts around 1 PM and continues late into the night, sometimes until 2–3 AM.
Overall, the environment feels exploitative and exhausting rather than supportive or professional
