Our most valuable asset in CloudFactory really is our incredible people. In regards to your concerns raised, we are aware that as the company scales and most certainly in specific functions within the company the turnover is higher than other functions, however, we can assure you that this turnover is within the normal range. Its a huge global company with large amounts of personel and infrastructure, there seems to be different paths in where one can grow in the company if you

There is a big gap between "low level" and "high level" employees, their salaries are really low for anyone working in their projects versus the qualifications they offer, as being bilingual
