Pros
Excellent organization for obtaining a security clearance. Work on the latest technology in the cloud. Make excellent contacts in the DoD space. If you drink the Kool-Aid you'll do just fine.
Cons
Unless you have an in with management or live in Lynchburg don't expect much in the way of advancement. Extreme boundary issues with employees. If a company says you're "family" run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. They are only manipulating your emotions for their monetary gain. You will only work with Microsoft technology, so buckle in to be died in blue.
