Pros

1. Although CloudGenix missed the acquisition boat and is stuck slugging it out in the D-Leagues with the rest of the misfit toys, SD-WAN is in fact a very exciting technology. They'll tell you their goal is not to sell, but that is untrue. 2. I literally felt I beat cancer when I left this company, and that was an amazing feeling.

Cons

This company has almost limitless issues, but I'll keep this to the cultural problems within sales... 1. Pit of Misery - You'll see references to the truly disgusting office the Raleigh team works out of but that isn't really the issue. The problem is that Sales Management is so terrible they would make even a 5 star hotel feel like a Gulag. Their oppressive and immature behavior sucked the joy from every moment I spent in that rat hole. 2. Dishonesty - The culture in general is one of dishonesty. "Leadership" lies to their customers, employees, partners, investors and themselves on a constant basis. There were times when I saw them agree to terms of service that they knew they could not meet in order to collect on a portion of the contract. The ends will always justify the means for those without integrity. 3. Militancy - Management actively tries to insight conflict between employees in some type of perverse attempt to motivate them. I also saw managers ignore employees for days on end as if they did not exist, and refuse to help them on deals because they weren't "Providing value". This is not constructive behavior in any way, and is childish at best. I hope the honesty behind these 1 star reviews outshines the ridiculous 5 star posts the brainwashed sycophants employed by this company have taken the time to cobble together. I encourage you to reach out to some of the current and former employees if you're still unconvinced.

Pros

Very organized and I learned a lot about different processes in terms of customer acquisition and also learned a great deal about social media marketing

Cons

New product in a very competitive market. Hard to gain market share quickly, especially with larger firms. The competitive firms often had well established contracts with clients that were tied to larger telecom

Pros

I joined the company over two years ago. First time employed as a full time remote worker, but truly feel like a part of a whole team due to the interactions in Slack and team calls. Everyone here has the right DNA to tackle startup life. Work hard and enjoy the wins together. Management will get right into the trenches with you... need them for a customer meeting? They will jump onto a flight and join you. Need some technical expertise to join a last minute call? A huge resource pool of people willing to drop what they are doing to jump on. All teams enjoy getting together to give back to their communities in San Jose and Raleigh thru volunteer work with a few local foundations. The Sales team in Raleigh enjoy meeting up early for a fun and competitive basketball game or a challenging workout. We share in celebrating the wins in and out of work together. So happy to have been offered the opportunity to join this company and be part of something amazing. I recommend utilizing LinkedIn and get connected to some CloudGenix employees and directly ask questions and learn more about the culture here.

Cons

As we continue to grow, we learn what we might be missing. Just hired a great resource to bring on-boarding + training and look forward to seeing what I viewed as a “con” (getting robust training tools right into a new hires hands) being addressed.
