Best leadership work-life balance, work culture is very good and you will get to learn a lot here. Supportive management and the remote working option are available. Flexible working hours. Management takes care of their employees a lot. I have seen management stands beside their employees whenever they are in need. They use to pay a good amount of salary to every employee. They have a great vision. Great co-workers and supportive senior managers. I haven't seen any politics from individuals. I've been working here for more than 6 years, it was a great journey altogether.
Cons
Cloudkaptan is a fast-growing company. So, you will definitely have some pressure for your delivery of items and some of the projects are complex, but this is helping us to learn and grow more rapidly. I believe in what we're doing and our results show we are having success.
