      There is a lot of learning opportunities. You will face extreme challenges as a fresher which will help you to get you out of your comfort zone and explore. Salary is good compared to average salary given to engineers in Kolkata. You will be acknowledged for your performance. There always will be seniors and managers to help you out.

      Cons

      There is not much for cons if you are ready to work hard. Otherwise the work load can be a con for you.
