Pros

I have been working with CloudNet Group for over a year. It is an exciting time to work for this organization. The company is growing fast. Highly ranked in the 'Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies'. Due to this growth, there are numerous opportunities for advancement. It all depends on how dedicated you are and how far you wish to succeed. Due to the rapid growth, opportunity for an individual to create their own career path and success is fully supported and cultivated by management. The Company's founders are actively involved in daily operations and are always accessible to the employees. They have created a management structure that is designed to assist employees in development of new ideas and respond to concerns quickly. I have found employees are very dedicated and personally strive to attain new levels of success which is evident by the strong growth and expansion of the company. Growth is well managed with the steady addition of key strategic leaders as well as adding many entry positions. These positions have near limitless opportunities for advancement. Due to the technical nature of the company, we are offered the benefit of working remotely if needed which does not count against paid leave. Paid leave and holidays are standard. A fun and great place to work. If you work hard, there are no limits for individual success here.

Cons

Typical challenges common to a growing company. Ever evolving roles and responsibilities that are incumbent with a company that is opening new offices in new locations.

Pros

Casual dress code, flexible time off, most employees are friendly

Cons

Very toxic environment lead by one individual who is allowed to tattle and snitch on everyone. This person's word is accepted as truth with no follow up. One employee controls the entire office and management believes this is acceptable. I was hired for one position, then told after 2 months that there wasn't a need for me to be in the role full time. I was asked if I wanted to join the toxic person's team. I said no, and was later dismissed for not being a team player. No warning, no verbal discussion of any problems with my work or attitude. No opportunity to fix any problem behaviors. Not all managers are in the same location as their direct reports, so no witnessing of the reported behaviors first hand. Pay is low and there is no negotiating of salary.
