Pros
- You touch a plethora of cloud technologies - team culture is great, - Work life balance is great - Good starting salary - small company, diverse and inclusive - Not working in silo, collaborate heavily with other teams - Great management! - Contributes and help with technical growth with certifications
Cons
- insurance is not the best, but not the worst (also subjective) - Small company (some people dont like what that implies) - Hard to grow within the company (not really a con for me)
